Peter Bellini began his Loss Adjusting career in 2019 and was soon exposed to major and complex losses in 2021 while dealing with damage caused by Cyclone Seroja in Western Australia. This was followed by managing claims for the catastrophic floods in Northern NSW and Queensland in 2022.

These experiences cemented Peter’s position as a formidable Loss Adjuster capable of handling complex and devastating losses, while helping insureds navigate the most challenging circumstances one is likely to encounter in a lifetime.

This management style, along with his business experience across multiple industries, was recognised by the board of directors in December 2024, and in 2026, Peter assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer, finalising the changes to upper management across the ASTA Group.

With 26 years in loss adjusting, Kirra brings a wealth of experience and a reputation for handling technical and complex matters with precision. Her expertise spans residential, commercial and strata property claims, supported by a strong background in liability and professional indemnity matters. Kirra has a management style grounded in authenticity, clarity and genuine care for people.

Her steady, human-first approach enables her to guide teams through demanding and sensitive situations, particularly during catastrophic events where confidence, empathy and decisive action are essential. In late 2023, Kirra stepped into the role of Queensland State Manager, complementing her position as an Executive Loss Adjuster and strengthening ASTA Group’s state leadership team.

Dane has been in the insurance industry for 24 years, the first 4 of which were spent in Canada. In 2011, Dane began his loss adjusting career with McCracken Lang who in 2013, became one of the founding partners of ASTA Group.

Over the past 15 years, Dane has developed his experience as a Loss Adjuster by being exposed to domestic, commercial and strata claims and is focused on delivering high-level service to all affected parties. Dane is an Executive Loss Adjuster who carries his customer-centric attitude into the state manager role that he has held since July 2024.

Carl has 12 years of loss-adjusting experience handling major and complex losses, including commercial, strata, high-net-worth, and residential claims. This experience positioned Carl to embrace taking on the role of State Manager for Western Australia in 2023.

Carl has an affable, solutions-oriented personality, which enables him to negotiate the best outcomes for Clients. Rachel is an active member of Women in Insurance, bringing genuine enthusiasm and pride to the profession, and she has been the state manager for NSW since 2025.

George began loss adjusting in 1998, after thirty years as a claims manager for various insurance companies. George’s experience covers commercial, domestic and strata property claims.

George is Tasmania-born and bred and has spent his entire working life in Tasmania. Therefore, no one understands Tasmania’s insurance landscape better than George. George has been the state manager for Tasmania since ASTA’s inception in 2013 and is a founding director of the company.

Before beginning his Loss Adjusting career, Michael was a Police Officer with the South Australian Police Force, a Military Police Warrant Officer in the Australian Army, and held senior management positions at companies including Securitas, Consolidated Security Group, and Flinders University.

Michael has 10 years of loss-adjusting experience handling major and complex losses, including commercial, strata, high-net-worth, and residential claims. He has been a Senior Loss Adjuster and State Manager for South Australia since 2022.

Michael’s management style encompasses a varied approach to achieving positive results for clients and providing guidance and experience to the ASTA network in South Australia.

Jason brings over 30 years of hands-on motor industry expertise, spanning technical trade experience, specialist assessing roles, and senior operational leadership. In 1999, Jason moved into motor assessing, working across commercial, heavy and private motor claims. Jason went on to spend more than 18 years with RACQ in senior assessing and leadership roles.

Throughout this time, he was recognised for his balanced leadership style, clear communication, and consistent focus on quality and customer experience. With extensive industry knowledge, proven leadership capability, and a long history of technical excellence, Jason now leads as the National Motor Manager for ASTA Group.

He is committed to delivering consistent, high-quality, best-practice outcomes across ASTA’s national motor portfolio.

Qualifying as a Refrigeration Mechanic in 2009, Dale spent eleven years in the commercial air conditioning industry, where, along the way, paths crossed with Loss Adjusting Provider, Jarm Adjusting. Dale soon began training as a Loss Adjuster in 2017, leading to qualification as a Chartered Loss Adjuster in 2024.

Currently specialising in Engineering and Business Interruption claims while managing the engineering Team Division located in Western Australia, Dale strives to achieve the ideal outcome for the Insured and Insurer in every instance. Utilising a situational management style with open, honest communication as a key component, Dale can adapt to immediate and long-term client needs.

Brittney began her career with ASTA Group in January 2014 as the junior receptionist. Brittney continued to cultivate her administrative skills over the years, which led to becoming the National Administration manager for ASTA Group in 2019.

Brittney is known for her positive outlook, friendly approach and naturally bubbly personality, and she prides herself on being able to create genuine connections whilst bringing enthusiasm, warmth and professionalism into her daily interactions with network members and clients.
